Delete, Secure Erase and recovery
Standard Delete retains recoverable stored copies. Secure Erase purges the selected data and connected derivatives from active application storage, with deletion requests to configured providers for identifiable retained resources. Provider cleanup remains pending until confirmed. Minimal record identifiers, timestamps, scope and audit data are retained to enforce erasure during controlled restore. This does not recall delivered emails or downloads, erase independently uploaded duplicates, or invalidate secrets in historical key-bearing backups. Operators must retire those backups and vaults separately. Names, notes and extracted text in SQLite are not encrypted by the file-encryption feature; these live records are purged during applicable erasure.
Who operates InfoCourt
ASSIO LEX AND ASSIOCATES LLC operates the service. Account and security information is used to provide access, administer packages, support customers and protect the service. Case material is processed to provide the workspace and the functions requested by its account holder.
Information used
Account information includes your email, profile, package, verification and terms acceptance record. Case information includes uploaded and retrieved documents, saved text, notes, observations, tasks and sharing choices. Keep access limited to people authorised to work on the matter.
Activity and security records
Business administrators can see account activity, sign-in events, IP addresses, approximate network prefixes, browser family, operating system and device category. Page activity is sampled at most once every five minutes of navigation. These records omit case names, document contents and search queries. Device details come from browser information and may be incomplete. No external IP-location lookup is used by this feature. Detailed activity records are kept for 90 days; pruning runs when the application is used. Existing account-change audit records and agreement records remain separate.
Cookies and trusted browsers
Necessary session cookies keep you signed in. Choosing to trust a browser adds a revocable credential for up to 30 days. The service stores its verification hash, creation and expiry times, last use and device details. Manage these credentials in Profile & security. Signing out removes trust for that browser.
Sharing and optional services
Colleagues and clients receive the access you choose. Business administration by itself does not open a private case. Email and browser notifications use configured delivery providers. Requesting AI, OCR or hosted search may send the necessary text or page images to the configured provider, including OpenAI or the enabled OCR provider. Review the explanation at the action before requesting it; accepting these terms does not itself start AI processing. Third-party processing and hosting may occur outside Georgia.
Storage and security
Access controls protect private workspaces and HTTPS protects transmission. When file encryption is enabled, saved original files are encrypted on the server; extracted text, notes, database records and working copies are outside that original-file feature. Hosting location and enabled safeguards are described by the operator for the installation. Files remain available according to account and service arrangements; Standard Delete keeps a recoverable copy; Secure Erase is a separate confirmed action.
Your requests
You can update your profile, export available documents, change notification preferences, revoke sharing and remove trusted devices. Contact the operator to request access, correction, permanent deletion or other applicable data rights, or to ask about retention and service providers. Requests involving case material require verification of your authority and may be subject to legal retention duties. Request account closure through the operator after arranging any needed export.
Office document conversion
When enabled by the administrator, selected Word or Excel documents are sent to iLovePDF for PDF conversion in the configured United States or Europe region. The evidence page identifies this processing before generation. Originals and converted copies are saved in your archive. Judge.ge requests removal of provider task files after a valid PDF is saved; an unsuccessful cleanup request does not confirm removal. Conversion uses provider API credits.
