ASSIO LEX AND ASSIOCATES LLC

Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-09-19.2 · Applies to Free and paid registrations.

Judge.ge is the current name of the service called InfoCourt in this published agreement. The operator and prior acceptance records are unchanged.

The service and this agreement

These terms govern Free and paid InfoCourt accounts provided by ASSIO LEX AND ASSIOCATES LLC. By ticking the registration checkbox you accept this version of the terms and acknowledge the linked privacy notice. We record the version, time and IP address of acceptance. Keep a copy using your browser’s print or save function.

Accounts and authorised use

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and verification codes, and use the service only for material you are authorised to process. You retain ownership of your documents and give the operator permission to store and process them to provide the functions you request. Choose sharing permissions carefully and notify the operator if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not bypass access controls, misuse portal credentials or interfere with the service.

Packages and payment

The package page describes allowances and features. Free accounts have the displayed limits. Paid packages require activation under the price, period and payment arrangements agreed with the operator; registration alone does not charge a card. This release does not automatically collect payments or renew a paid term. Optional AI allowances and usage costs are separate where indicated. Any package change, renewal or cancellation arrangement must be communicated clearly before it takes effect.

Court monitoring and observation history

InfoCourt checks connected court listings on its configured schedule, records newly observed files and hearing changes, and can send the notifications you enable. Observation history compares the date shown by the court portal with the time InfoCourt first saw an entry and the preceding successful check. This helps identify older-dated decisions that were not visible in an earlier saved listing. The recorded observation time is the time of the check, rather than a measurement of the portal’s exact upload time.

Working with documents and AI

Originals, transcripts, evidence bundles and optional AI tools support your professional work. Review OCR, translations, citations, draft submissions and generated print copies against their sources before relying on them. You remain responsible for deciding what to file, verifying legal authorities and meeting deadlines. AI processing begins only when requested through the relevant function; it can produce errors and does not replace professional judgment. The privacy notice explains processing and optional providers.

Availability, exports and closing an account

Service availability depends on the application, connected portals and configured providers. Save exports needed for your work and contact the operator about interruptions. The operator may restrict access where necessary to protect accounts or address misuse, explaining the reason where practicable. Contact the operator to cancel or close an account and arrange export and retention of your material. No refund or cancellation right required by applicable law is excluded by these terms.

Document deletion and retention

Standard Delete hides selected files and retains their stored copies until restored or securely erased. The case owner can request Secure Erase after reviewing its scope and confirming identity. It destroys applicable live document keys and purges connected original versions, dependent evidence bundles and generated records as disclosed on the confirmation screen. Live database records and temporary plaintext are deleted rather than cryptographically erased. A minimal audit and erasure registry are retained to prevent controlled restoration. Erasure records describe application actions, not physical-media certification. Delivered email, downloads, independently copied documents and older backups or recovery vaults containing keys are outside this operation and require separate handling. The latest erasure registry must be retained separately when restoring backups.

Updates and questions

Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they are applied to an existing agreement. Your acceptance record identifies the text accepted at registration. Contact the operator using the service contact below or your account correspondence for service, privacy or agreement questions. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
